Note that you are responsible for the shipping/handling costs of shipping your luggage/bag to us and for covering the shipment back to you of the new goods. When you return damaged goods back to us, please allow 2-3 weeks for the replacement to be sent - we have to send the bag back to the factory, receive the replacement from the factory and then send the replacement to you - so there are 3 shipping processes that take place for us to receive your replacement goods before shipping it to you. The handling / shipping fees for shipping the replacement goods to you is as follows:

Luxtryp was developed to remove this worry and to provide high quality products with a lifetime warranty. If a bag is broken, Luxtryp will replace or fix it with no questions asked about how it broke. Our luggage, bags and accessories are made with high-quality materials, just like many other premium luggage brands. In the event that something breaks, don’t worry—all our cases and bags are backed by our lifetime warranty, which covers any non-cosmetic damage that your case might incur. There’s no such thing as an unbreakable suitcase—but until that happens, we’ve got you covered
Our warranty covers any damage to the shell, wheels, handles, zippers, or anything else that functionally impairs the bag/luggage. If anything breaks, we will fix or replace it for you. This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear and tear, lost or stolen bags, or damage to personal property or contents. Note that luggage is designed to be used for travel, and this warranty does not cover luggage used in a manner not related to travel
